Test benches provide a rigorous, transparent, and repeatable way to verify the performance of equipment and their components. PROTECTOTANK test benches feature a special design and manufacturing conditions that make them versatile for working in fixed facilities or open areas for field testing.
The optimal operation of a vent valve, emergency vent, flame arrester, and measurement hatch begins at the end of the manufacturing process: with the functional calibration test. This test is performed on a bench that simulates operation and guarantees proper future performance.
The pneumatic high-pressure testing bench is designed with the specifications and dimensions of the cylinder (body) that meet the adequate volume for the proper execution and verification of testing operations required by the official Mexican standard NOM-093-SCFI-2020.
